Will I be charged sales tax?
If you are a resident of the state of Wisconsin, law requires us to charge sales tax on your purchases. If you are not a resident of the state of Wisconsin, we are not required to charge sales tax on your purchases, however, by law you may be liable for any taxes due in your state.

How do I know if I placed my order successfully?
Once you have submitted your order, an order summary page will be displayed with all of your order details. You may want to print this for your records. You will then receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully received online. Can I change or cancel my order after I have submitted it?

Can I ship my purchase to a PO Box?
Yes. Orders will be shipped to your PO Box through US Postal Service only. The customer is responsible for picking up the order at their post office.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped via US Postal Service. Shipments via UPS or FedEx are by request only. Contact us if you'd like to request UPS or FedEx for delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Items in stock will be shipped to arrive within approximately 7-10 business days. We are pleased to ship your order Express, and make it our inhouse priority. What is Horsing Around, LLC's return policy?
Horsing Around, LLC will only exchange a product if there are defects in materials and craftsmanship. The product must be returned within 15 days from the date the product was received. Second shipping expenses will be paid for by Horsing Around, LLC.

How do I make a exchange?
Purchases made from the Horsing Around, LLC online store can be returned by original service carrier. Your account will be credited for return shipping if product is determined defective. New product will be shipped once we have received the defected product. Second shipping expenses will be paid for by Horsing Around, LLC.
