Hi, my name is Jeffrey Lewis and welcome to my fitness blog. As you may see, I really enjoy exercising, and I would love to transfer that passion to many other people. One of the main things I promote on my blog is healthy life and outdoor exercising. The most important thing is the will and your readiness to change your life. Besides this, you don’t need too many things, maybe to wear something comfortable and to bring some water. Because after some time you will feel dehydrated. Choose some quite place, maybe park or woods, which give you enough peace to fully engage into exercising.

The outdoor training is beneficial in many ways, first of all, you will be experiencing the clean air, spending some time in nature and enjoying the sun. You will have a bigger liberty to conduct various types of exercises, and you won’t be limited only to gym equipment.

Many towns open an open – air pools, which is an excellent opportunity to improve the over – all condition of your body. The swimming will also improve the health of your skin.
this is not a traditional type of exercise, but it is great in an interesting way to get your body in shape. Gather your friends and visit some of the favorite hiking sites near your place.
You won’t get a killer body only by sitting; the soreness should be the most delicious pain; your body will ever feel. Have enough courage, change your life and start exercising.
